How do I know what size to order?
All online store items have a sizing chart available to users to aid in selecting the correct size. Some programs may have sizing samples available. H&L Team Sales, Inc. is not responsible for incorrect sizes being ordered.

You will receive an order confirmation number and an email confirming the items in your order.

How can I check the status of my online store order?
Check with your Store Coordinator or call the office at 717-392-3010. Store Coordinators are kept informed of any changes to the timeline for delivery.
How long will it take to receive my online store order?
Online stores purchases are processed after the online store is closed. Online store orders typically take between 3-4 weeks to fulfill, unless otherwise specified on an individual store.
How will I receive my online store order?
All online store orders are bagged individually and delivered to the Store Coordinator.
What happens if an item doesn’t fit?

Will the apparel offered on my online store be available at a later date?
Please contact your Store Coordinator for information on opening another store.
Can I place an individual order of online store items if I missed ordering before the store closed?
Single pieces of online store items are typically not available because the cost becomes prohibitive to fulfill single piece orders.

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. There is a $30 fee for returned checks.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Typically non-store orders take between 2-3 weeks to fulfill. Of course, the more lead time we have, the better. Some items such as custom uniforms and hats take longer.
